You’ll work in our retail travel agency, advising on and selling holidays to our fantastic customers as well as supporting the Branch Manager with running and supporting the team. It may be that you have travel agency experience or perhaps you have experience in leading a team and sales and are well travelled in your personal life. Most importantly is your passion for travel, a willingness to get involved and an engaging personality. We have a reputation for our excellent customer service and it’s critical to us that you share that value.

Job requirements

• Experience and knowledge of the Travel Industry.
• Willingness to use a GDS System.
• Ability to communicate across a wide network.
• Experience in building rapport and engaging with customers.
• Understanding of the market and industry including current affairs and trends in popular, quality and luxury destinations.
• A very good worldwide geographical knowledge
• Extensive and recent first-hand travel experience.
